Shipping Policy
MPA Industries is an Australian based company located in Melbourne Australia.
Whilst we ship Australia wide due to packaging size postage will be via registered courier service and signature will be required on delivery. We do not ship to P.O addresses. Please note if no one is present at the time of delivery your item will be redirected back to the shipping depot and you will be charged a re delivery fee of $50 inc GST.
Tracking information will be emailed to your email address provided at the time of purchase. MPA Industries takes no responsibility for slow or late delivery of items by the courier service. Investigations into lost items will not be lodge until 2 weeks from the date of dispatch
Our products are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery times are estimated to be 2-3 working days to metro areas. Regional areas estimated 3-5 working days. This time may vary depending on demand and peak season delays with courier companies.
